Quality Manager

As the Quality Manager at our Whitewater facility, you’ll be at the forefront of driving excellence. You’ll shape and execute both short and long- term strategies for our Quality Engineering team, ensuring alignment with divisional goals. Your leadership will directly impact customer satisfaction- championing quality, service, and continuous improvement for both internal and external partners.

What You’ll be Doing:

• Quality Leadership: Provide support, training, and leadership to Quality Engineers, operators, and support staff with support from Quality Manager or VP of Quality. Mentor and coach employees toward set targets and KPIs.
• Lead Internal and External Corrective Actions: Lead customer and internal quality concerns urgently as they arise. Complete root cause analysis, containment, and drive corrective actions utilizing the Six Sigma DMAIC problem solving approach.
• New Product Launches and Change Management: Lead and collaborate with cross functional teams to identify, schedule and execute all quality related deliverables including: History of Quality, PFMEAs and Control Plans, Process Capability, GR&R and MSA, and PPAPs.

What You’ll Need:

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in manufacturing or quality. Experience leading, coaching, and developing a range of experienced engineers and technicians required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Operations, Mechanical Engineering, or Quality Assurance or equivalent education required.
• Experience in the Automotive industry with Tier 1 experience preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
